This idea of bulking and cutting phases is probably the most misunderstood thing in every gym in the world and it’s been circling around for ages. Personally I have nothing against the whole concept, I do believe that bulking and cutting are awesome but only if you used the right way. The example where this idea is really shines is among fitness and bodybuilding competitors who can dedicate a lot of time and effort to the entire process and log every step of the way.
